Building the next generation of golfers
The purpose of our Junior Golf Fitness Program is to help the parents and players understand the necessity and importance of the proper methods of fitness training for the younger golfer. Not every junior golfer is the same and the difference between a 12 year old and 17 year old can be enormous. The mass amount of information and different types of exercise equipment can be mind boggling, our programs are individually designed for each player after taking many aspects into consideration, including age, health history, exercise history, nutritional habits, swing, etc..An early start into a fitness program will also promote self-esteem, confidence, life long weight management skills and mental toughness to name a few. Our programs are designed to build strength, power, & Flexibility, with the safety of the student in mind.
Junior Programs
Individual Assessments
The Complete Golf Performance Evaluation is a two step process. In the first meeting we will gather information by utilizing our 3-D motion analysis equipment to determine the efficiency of your swing and any major swing faults. We will also perform a physical screen designed by the experts at the Titleist Performance Institute, to locate any instability or inflexibility in your joints. In our second meeting we will explain our findings, take you through your first workout, and a bio-feedback session on the 3-D equipment. Program includes 4 week personalized Golf Fitness workout design.
Complete Golf Performance Evaluation $175
Our Titleist Performance Institute fitness screen protocol allows us to detect physical limitations in your body, such as inflexibility and weaknesses in the muscles and joints that may lead to injury or limit your body from making an efficient golf swing. This evaluation will allow us to design the most result oriented workout program for your needs.
Golf Fitness Evaluation $100
See your swing in 3-D! Our 3-D system will help us to determine exactly what is limiting you from playing your best golf. You will learn the efficiency of your body throughout your swing, and any unnecessary movements you are making, because of the physical limitations in your body. This includes a complete analysis of your core & hip stability, spine angle and how your body sequences throughout the swing.
3-D Performance Evaluation $100
Team Assessments
Golf Fitness Assessment (3-5 Players) $30 each
We are equipped to take up to 5 players through the Golf Fitness Assessment at a time. 3-D Assessments must be done individually.
Personal Program Design $50 each
Following the Team Golf Fitness Assessment, if you decide to workout at your own training facility or home, we will design an individual 4 week program for you based on the physical limitations found in your golf fitness evaluation. This is a web based program we personally set up for you and is accessible online and available to you anytime.
Individual Training
If you choose to work one-on-one with one of our golf fitness professionals, each session will be designed to eliminate the specific students limitations, and teach correct body positions correct muscle activation during each exercise, and most importantly safety. One-on-one training includes a free personal program design, with a one month commitment
60 Minute 0ne-on-One Training $60 per session
30 Minute One-on-One Training $35 per session
Team Training
60 Minute Training (2-3 Players) $99 per session
All training is done at our facility. We will design a 4 week performance program based on the findings of your golf fitness evaluation; all programs will address the limitations of each player. Our staff will supervise and assist in all workout sessions, making sure you are getting the most out of each training session.
Team Program Design Call For Pricing
We will design a 6 week fitness program for up to 12 players on the team based on the findings in their golf fitness evaluation; all programs are tailored to the specific limitations for each player. Our staff will come to your facility and set up workout stations and help you organize the golf fitness sessions accordingly.
