Mike Hansen is the founder and Director of Performance at Hansen Fitness Company, he has been involved in fitness for over 15 years, as an athlete and trainer. He began training for various sports in high school. Immediately, he realized the benefits of training which were becoming stronger, faster and more flexible. After high school, Mike chose to study exercise science at Purdue University. Upon receiving his Bachelors Degree, he began working as a personal trainer, helping athletes prepare for their respective sport. His love for the game of golf and witnessing first hand the negative effect a repetitive swing had on the body, he chose to concentrate on helping golfers condition their body for a more efficient, stronger, injury free swing. Upon becoming a Golf Certified Fitness Trainer, he designed a golf conditioning program for a local health club, and has never looked back. 

Mike is a Level 2 Certified Golf Fitness Trainer through the Titleist Performance Institute, he is also a Level 2 Certified Golf Biomechanics Expert. In his recent years as a Golf Fitness Trainer, Mike has worked with tour professionals, many competitive juniors, and various low and high handicap amateurs.He has written golf fitness articles and tips for Southland Golf, and OC Metro magazines, and has conducted seminars to teach golfers how to condition their bodies to play better golf. Mike guarantees you'll play better golf on completion of his 3 month program.

Matt Ross is the Head Golf Fitness Trainer at Hansen Fitness Company, he is a TPI Certified Golf Fitness Instructor, and has been an avid golfer for over 18 years.  He has been in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years training numerous athletes ranging from high school to semi professional players in such sports as Soccer, Football, Baseball, Tennis, and Golf to name a few.  Matt is a graduate from Cal State Fullerton where he received his Bachelors degree in Kinesiology and is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.  With his education and experience in the fitness industry as well as his knowledge of the golf game, Matt understands what is essential in creating a stronger, healthier and more flexible golfer.
